Today, March 6, in the Central Library named after Yanka Kupala in Minsk, a meeting was held between the writer Ilona Ioanna Reeves and students of the State Educational Institution “Secondary School 64” in Minsk, dedicated to World Read Aloud Day. Every year, across the planet, millions of people read on this day, without even suspecting that there is such a holiday. The more dedicated inhabitants of our planet attach special significance to this day, the main purpose of which is to emphasize the connection between a person and a book, its content and images. When an author writes, his inner world is expressed in letters and sentences, awaiting its nascent life across the readers. Interaction with the outside world and the ability to convey your emotions to another person along with the spoken word is a key aspect of this holiday.
